Rover’s Recess will arrive at your home during a designated timeframe and take your dog on a walk that has been tailored to their needs. We will greet your dog with a lot of praise and some owner-approved treats, then gently leash your dog. From there we will set out for a walk.

After your dog’s walk, we will check and refresh their water if needed, praise your dog, then securely lock up before leaving.

All of our walks are customized to fit your dog’s energy level, size, and individual needs. Most walks include a moderate pace with a few breaks to explore and, of course, eliminate. The average length of Rover’s Recess dog visit is 20 minutes.

What Does Our Puppy Walking Service Include?

We will arrive at your home during a pre-arranged time frame. Then we greet your puppy and let them out on-leash, immediately, to relieve themselves. After, we will positively reinforce the behavior with an owner-approved treat.

From there, we will work with your puppy on leash etiquette by taking them on a walk. We can also spend a little extra time playing with your puppy once their walk is over. After some outdoor time, we will scan the common area for messes, refill your puppy’s water if needed, (we can safely secure your puppy in their crate if desired), then lock the door.
